GREENVILLE, N.C. — Led by 17 points from Javon Small and Quentin Diboundje, the East Carolina Pirates defeated the Hampton Pirates 82-73 on Wednesday night. The Pirates moved to 3-0 with the win and the Pirates dropped to 1-2.
