BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Led by Luke Frampton’s 18 points, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers defeated the South Carolina State Bulldogs 90-64 on Saturday night. The Hilltoppers are now 6-1 on the season, while the Bulldogs fell to 0-7.
