BUFFALO, N.Y. — Led by Devin Ceaser’s 17 points, the Buffalo Bulls defeated the Saint John Fisher Cardinals 91-53 on Tuesday night. Brendan Trapper led the Cardinals with 15 points The Bulls improved to 5-4.
