Thunder Ridge hires Michael Berger to be its next head football coach

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - A familiar name is now the leader of the Thunder Ridge football program, as Michael Berger was officially named the next head coach of the Titans Thursday afternoon.

Berger is the son of longtime, state championship winning Skyline head coach Scott Berger, and Michael has been an assistant coach at Highland since 2016.

Berger is a Skyline (2006-09) and Idaho State (2010-14) alum, and he was a four-sport athlete with the Grizzlies.
