Thunder Ridge Girls Basketball takes care of business against Highland in District Tournament

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - The Thunder Ridge Titans are one win away from the state tournament, as the top-seeded Titans defeated the Highland Rams 62-41 Tuesday night on home court.

The Titans got going early with a three ball from Aspen Caldwell, who later in the first quarter added a nice layup.

Thunder Ridge pulled away, especially in the third quarter, for a 21-point victory.

Next up, Thunder Ridge will host the winner of Thursday's Madison-Rigby contest with a trip to the state tournament on the line next Tuesday night. Meanwhile, Highland travels to Idaho Falls Thursday night at 7:00 p.m.
