Watersprings Boys Basketball opens district tournament with 79-26 win against Leadore

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - The Watersprings Warriors advanced to the semifinals of the Rocky Mountain Conference Tournament with a dominating 79-26 win against Leader Saturday afternoon.

The Warriors came out firing, hitting a plethora of three pointers, including a trifecta of triples from Daniel Canfield.

Watersprings grabbed the early lead and kept pulling away for the big win.

Next up, Watersprings plays in the semifinals Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at Hillcrest High School while Leadore next competes at 4:00 Tuesday at Hillcrest.
