Marsh Valley’s Payton Howe signs NLI to play football at Carroll College

ARIMO, Idaho (KIFI) - Marsh Valley Eagles star Payton Howe will compete collegiately, as Howe signed his national letter of intent Monday to play football at Carroll College.

Howe was an excellent wide receiver and defensive back on a district-winning squad, which included a three interception game against Snake River in October.
