Spud Kings sign two more players, including a forward from Idaho Falls

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - The Idaho Falls Spud Kings have tapped into Idaho's hockey roots with two more additions to their inaugural roster on Friday.

One of those players is Idaho Falls native Kristian Neddo, who is an alum of the Idaho Falls Eagles and Tigers programs. Neddo played his first season of junior hockey last year with the Boston Jr. Bruins, recording six assists in 22 games.

The Spud Kings have also added Preston Castaneda, who most recently played for the Idaho Jr. Steelheads. The Simi Valley, California native is a puck-moving defenseman that makes his way east to Idaho Falls.

The full schedule, including the season opener for the Spud Kings' inaugural season has not been released yet, but the home opener and first game at the Mountain America Center is set for Dec. 2nd.
