Skyline and West Side continue to lead High School Football Media Polls after Week 1

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - The Skyline Grizzlies and West Side Pirates stay atop their respective classes in this week's High School Football Media Polls, and that's despite Skyline's week 1 loss to Stansbury (UT) in the Rocky Mountain Rumble.

The Grizz stay on top in 4A while Blackfoot ascends to third after a big victory at Emmett and Pocatello falls out of the top five.

West Side has a big lead in 2A thanks to a shutout win at Firth, who drops to fourth. North Fremont holds steady in third.

In 5A, Rigby stays in second while Highland drops to fourth after its season-opening loss. Sugar-Salem also keeps second in 3A, but Snake River falls out of the top five.

Butte County holds on to third in 1AD1 as well, but no East Idaho teams made the 1AD2 poll.
