Bonneville picks up first win as the team honors Bryan Lampard, a former Bees coach

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - On an emotional night at Thunder Stadium, the Bonneville Bees stung the Century Diamondbacks for a big win, scoring the 33-15 victory.

Bonneville tallied 14 points in the first half, and despite a Century charge in the second half, the Bees flew away with an 18-point win.

It was also an emotional game for Bonneville, because the Bees wore special all-black uniforms donated by Rockwell Homes in honor of Bryan Lampard, a former Bonneville coach who tragically died in February. Lampard's family traveled to Idaho Falls from all over the country to take part in a pregame ceremony.

Next up, Bonneville travels to Rigby while Century hosts Highland. Both games begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday night.
