Blackfoot wins back-and-forth battle at Idaho Falls, taking it 3-2

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - The Blackfoot Broncos and Idaho Falls Tigers went back-and-forth at the Idaho Falls Soccer Complex Thursday night, and the Broncos prevailed 3-2 to improve to 2-0 in conference play.

Blackfoot struck first on a Gio Labra rebound goal following a free kick by Armando Botello that ran off the bar. But later in the half, Jojo Soto called his own shot to tie the game at one goal apiece.

The Broncos would pull ahead with a pair of second half tallies to take the dub 3-2.

Next up, Blackfoot hosts Hillcrest Saturday at 10:30 a.m. while Idaho Falls travels to Bonneville the same day at 2:00 p.m.
