Sports Line Game of the Week: Highland wins 22-19 against Rigby in back-and-forth battle

RIGBY, Idaho (KIFI) - A late trick play touchdown by Highland made the difference for the Rams Friday night, as they won our Sports Line Game of the Week 22-19 against the Rigby Trojans.

For the second time this season, Rhidge Barela, a wide receiver, tossed a touchdown pass to Jackson Riddle late in the fourth quarter to put the Rams ahead 22-19 in a back-and-forth contest.

Each team scored three touchdowns, but the two-point conversion from the Rams and the failed PAT attempts from the Trojans put Highland ahead.

The Rams score their second victory in a row against the Trojans after not beating them on the field before then since 2018.

Next up, Highland hosts Madison Friday while Rigby travels to Thunder Ridge.
