Sports Line Game of the Week Preview: Madison vs. Highland

POCATELLO, Idaho (KIFI) - First place in the 5A High Country conference is on the line Friday when Madison and Highland square off in our Sports Line Game of the Week.

Both the Bobcats and Rams enter this contest at 1-0 in conference play, and a win in this matchup goes a long way towards clinching a playoff berth and potentially winning the 5A High Country, which Highland won last season.

Highland scored a thrilling 22-19 win at Rigby for its first conference win last week, while Madison resumes conference play almost a month after blowing out Thunder Ridge in its 5A High Country opener.

Kickoff is at 7:00 p.m. Friday at Highland High School Stadium, and we will have the highlights on Sports Line Friday Night during Local News 8 at 10.
