Windy Conditions for Sunday and Monday finalizing this blast of winter. 40% chance of patchy blowing snow , then Tuesday another storm makes headlines with a break Wednesday and snow chances increase for Thursday. The Valley may see 1-5" of snow by end of weekend, mountains may receive as much as 3 feet.
