It will remain unsettled across the southern Great Plains

and lower Mississippi River Valley on Monday with numerous

showers and thundertorms, some with downpours which may lead

to local flooding problems. The strongest of these

thunderstorms wil be in parts of westenr Okaloma and West

Texas where there may be large hail and damaging winds,

along with locally heavy rainfall. Other than a few showers

along Florida’s southest coast, it will be dry again across

the Southeast. A cool, soaking rain will fall across the

Ohio River Valley into the southern Appalachian mountains.

Dry, warm weather will prevail across the northern Plains.

Clouds will be on the increase across the Pacfic Northwest

Monday with rain arriving at night. The Southwest will be

dry, except for a few thundershowers in the mountains.
