Hot Friday, with a chance of thunderstorms

Hot temperatures with a slight chance of thunderstorms for Friday afternoon. We'll see highs well into the 90's for the valleys and the Snake River Plain. A push of cooler air, moves down from the northwest for Saturday and Sunday.

Friday: Highs into the lower to mid 90's for the Snake River Plain. Partly cloudy in the afternoon with a chance of thunderstorms. Winds 10-15 MPH, gusts around 25 MPH.

Saturday: Sunny and windy with highs into the mid 80's. A slight chance of mountain storms.

Sunday: Sunny and windy with highs into the upper 70's and lower 80's.

Monday: Sunny with highs into the mid 80's
