WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM TODAY
FOR THE EASTERN HIGHLANDS AND WESTERN WYOMING. 

HEAVY SNOW EXPECTED. TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 9 INCHES, EXCEPT 5 TO 15 INCHES ON RIDGE 
TOPS AND ELEVATIONS ABOVE PASSES. 
WINDS GUSTING AS HIGH AS 50 MPH, ESPECIALLY FOR THE ALBION MOUNTAINS. BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW IS EXPECTED.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR THE SNAKE RIVER PLAIN INCLUDING IDAHO FALLS, POCATELLO HAS BEEN CANCELLED. WINDS STILL AROUND 25-35MPH WITH SIGNIFICAN GUSTS POSSIBLE. 

AVALANCHE WARNING ISSUED FOR THE BEAR RIVER RANGE. 

FLOOD ADVISORY ISSUED FOR FREMONT COUNTY
 UNTIL 445 PM MST THURSDAY.

* IMPACTS...MINOR FLOODING IN LOW-LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - AT 1158 AM MST, EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED AN ICE JAM NEAR
    THE ADVISORY AREA. OVERFLOWING POOR DRAINAGE AREAS WILL CAUSE
    MINOR FLOODING NEAR THE ADVISORY AREA.
