Very Cold, Light Snow Chances and Fog

Northerly flow keeps on bring very cold arctic air through here and cloud cover with fog makes for a wispy, frigid start. Visibility with low clouds and dense possibly freezing fog seem overbearing to start the day, but some sun later will be bright at times. Highs will only get to the mid teens. Lows tonight will be even colder, taking most areas below zero by a degree or two. The groundhog says more winter and our forecast continues to maintain cold conditions with snow chances increasing for the weekend to 30% and highs in the 20's. There's a brief instance of passing scattered snow again for overnight tonight but no accumulation, just bone cold for everyone.
