* IMPACTS...GUSTY WINDS COULD MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT, ESPECIALLY
  FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. LOCAL AREAS OF BLOWING DUST OR SAND
  MAY REDUCE VISIBILITY AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS AND ROUGH WAVES ON AREA LAKES WILL 
  CREATE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL WATERCRAFT.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM MDT THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow, moderate at times. Total snow accumulations of 2 to
4 inches, higher amounts possible over mountain passes and
ridges.

* WHERE...Island Park, Raynolds Pass, Targhee Pass.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery late season wintry driving
conditions, especially over mountain passes.

As of 11am gusts over 40 mph reported in Idaho Falls and 40 mph in Pocatello

Last snow of this cold system into the morning with winds gusting from the SW 25+mph and wind advisory for I-15 along portions of Bingham and Power Counties through 8pm.

Winter weather advisory for upper highlands areas of Teton and Fremont Counties until 10am with blowing snows and gusty winds. Mountain areas may accumulate some 2-4" of snow with this blast of winter weather.

Highs today will be about 20 degrees below normal (65) today - around 45, with wind chills this morning in the 20's and air temps around freezing. You can expect cold conditions all day with these SW winds into late afternoon and evening. Some sun will pop out later today and we'll begin a warming trend for 50's/60's tomorrow and Wednesday.

Lows tonight will be in the sub freezing zone, 20's for most.
