Sun cloud mix and warming on up

High pressure is helping us out to make up for the lousy Memorial Day weekend. Normal highs this time of year in Idaho Falls around 72 and we'll be at that mark or above with temps going even higher tomorrow. Clouds streaming in with light southwest breezes 5-10. Highs for lower valley locations will be in the mid 70's - 74 in Blackfoot and 76 in Pocatello. Upper 60's - 69 in Jackson Hole.

The extended forecast makes the big story a warm up tomorrow to upper 70's and even low 80's. Storms will show up as disturbances move across the area - scattered chances for mountains Friday 40% and more storm presence for the valley into Sunday and Monday. Highs will again drop below normal averages to the upper 60's and 50's in the mountain communities. Sunday looks like the First Alert Weather day for us with best chances of unsettled weather.
