High pressure to our south will deliver warmer temperatures locally, before cooler, wet weather arrives this weekend.

OVERNIGHT: Partly cloudy with a low into the mid 50's, winds at 10-20 MPH.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny with highs into the mid 80's for the Snake River Plain. winds at 10-20 MPH, with gusts around 25 MPH.

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny in the morning with increasing clouds in the afternoon, chance of thundershowers for the afternoon and evening hours. Highs into the upper 80's, with gusty winds at 15-30 MPH.

SUNDAY: A chance of rain and thunderstorms with highs into the lower 80's and upper 70's, with gusty winds at 15-30 MPH.

MONDAY: A chance of showers with cool and windy weather, highs around 60°, winds at 15-30 MPH.
