Freezing Fog advisory upper valley

Slow down - freezing fog and low visibility for Mud Lake desert and upper Snake River Plain. Wind chills in the single digits for some mountain communities and mid teens for upper valley towns. Highs reach the upper 20's and around 32 for Pocatello by afternoon. Fog with cloudy conditions remain ahead of a weak system to put a skiff of snow through mountains tonight and into tomorrow morning
