We start with big winds 30-50mph gusts in the I-15 corridor and cold rain, making the changeover to snow mid-morning. Mountains have snow and it grows through the day 12-18+". Mid 30's today and colder into the afternoon and frozen by tonight 9 degrees. Highs tomorrow with more snow early in the teens.
