Snow chances and more cold tonight

With additional snows possible into the day today, we start with milder temps close in proximity to our highs today. 20-30 degrees. Wind chills are in the single digits for the mountains and teens for the valley, and we'll get to 27-33 in the valley. However, average temp in Idaho Falls for March is 43°, so we're almost 20° below average for this time of year. Tonight will be even colder, around 0° in the Snake River Plain. We will have moments of sun, mixed with cloudiness this week and even upper 20's to low 30's all week for highs. Shower chance Wednesday and more snow into Friday. 1-2".
