Cold sunshine after foggy start

High pressure on top will force some patchy fog to start and we've cleared out the clouds with low temps this morning in the single digits. Wind chills below 0 at -10 or more below. Fog may freeze and you may see a flurry from these low clouds trapped in the valley. Later sun is behind that fog and we'll be at mid teens for mid morning then we take highs into the upper 20's today. Slight shower chances with a weak trough this afternoon ahead of better shower chances for Wednesday with the potential for just about an inch of snow for Idaho Falls and Pocatello. More rapid fire moisture Friday and into the weekend with the pacific atmospheric river bringing warmer conditions (40) and rain and snow chances Friday and Saturday.
