Scattered storms every day

Lingering thunderstorms running across the central valley this morning lighting things up and moving to north and east at 40mph.  More heat and energythis afternoon will ignite more storms today 50% chance with lightning, rain, small hail and gusty 40mph winds possible. This scenario remains in our forecast this week and even into Memorial Day Friday and Saturday, with a less of a storm chance possibly by Monday.

Most of us will be hitting temps above average (69) into the mid 70's.  Highs today 75-78, after we hit 80 yesterday and the wind helped to move the smoke along that we've been receiving from Canadian wildfires. Lows will be in the 40's and right around 50 for the period.
