Patchy freezing fog

While we have some clear overnight beaver moon skies, we've still got high pressure on us trapping the cold air creating patchy freezing fog with 12 degree temps by sunrise at 7:38am.Fog burns off by mid-morning and then sunshine returns for alot of us and we warm up slightly, above freezing to 36 with northerly winds 5-10 mph.  But still that slight breeze can make wind chills bottom out to feeling like -12 below.  Shut the front door and the back door.  We've got another dry dry tomorrow and more fog before we get to the 40's by Thursday and begin the descent into the depths of more snow by late Friday and Saturday.   We'll know how much snow as we get closer but chances are 60% or above in mountains. So we warm up and storm for this weekend as well.
