Some areas of fog with moisture still trapped in the valley later today. Travelers should be aware of changing conditions overnight tonight, after the IF Holiday Light Parade around the Greenbelt. Clouding up some ahead of the 2 systems which will create a winter backdrop for Saturday. Rain and snow mixed overnight tonight changing to snow for Saturday morning. Limited accumulations outside of the hills and mountains.  Winds will pick up Saturday with the front 30mph+.  Highs drop to average levels around 29-31 and lows plummet to the low teens and single digits in the mountains
