Clouding up with chances of showers

We'll lose the high pressure and clouds streaming to start the day with slight shower chances to the north and east of the valley region. More snow and rain can be expected for days to come and there may be some accumulation on into the weekend. Highs today in the 40's. Lows below freezing but more insulated for these systems. Snow mixed with rain make for sloppy weather for your Christmas parties and traveling this weekend. Winds pick up tomorrow gusting to 20mph with snow showing up in the valley for the weekend kickoff. Rain and snow on Saturday with 40's for highs and then better snow chances late Saturday and early Sunday for the valley. Sloppy for sure with possibly 1".
