Weekend storms keep temps down

Brief breaks for sun give us a break from overcast skies and we skip through Friday with scattered showers and storms today, already chilly showers for upper highlands this morning.

We have 2 FIRST ALERT WEATHER days coming up: Saturday & Sunday with changes in conditions, increased chances for storms and mixed precip and winds. In addition, to give you a heads up, temps will drop again from the mid 60's Saturday to the low 50's for highs on Sunday. A low blows up from the southwest into Saturday midday and afternoon, outflow winds will make for breezy farmer's markets and hold on to those tents with a 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms. Temps will drop even further by 10-15 degrees with a 90% chance of showers and thunderstorms for Sunday.
