More heat with storm chances ramping up

A shortwave moving through will give us a slight chance of passing showers/storms today. We will add those chances with increasing heat today taking us to the upper 80's and low 90's. Winds SW can pick up with outflow this afternoon, amongst storms. The chance of storms increases for tomorrow with a First Alert Weather Day and the 60% risk of some hot storms for the valley and mountains into the day. A slight cool down with temps and possibly severe cells cropping up on radar. Temps will bounce back into the weekend. Normal temps at 74 for IF this time of year, so we're off the chart with over achievement.
