Warmer temperatures Tuesday and Wednesday with scattered thunderstorms later this week

For our Monday night, look for clearing skies and lighter winds after midnight. We’ll see a low temperature in the upper 40’s for the Snake River Plain.

Sunny and hot for Tuesday, with light winds. We’ll see high temperatures pushing towards the upper 80’s to lower 90’s.

Wednesday will be hot with partly cloudy skies. We’ll see high temperatures once again close to 90° for the Snake River Plain. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms and showers for the afternoon and evening. Winds could gust as high as 20mph.

A slight chance of rain for Thursday, with partly cloudy skies. High temperatures will reach the mid 80’s for the Plain.

More unsettled weather is expected for the weekend as low pressure moves out of the northwest. There is a good chance of rain this Saturday, with gusty winds and cooler temperatures.
