Hot temps with a few thunderstorms Wednesday

A few clouds tonight with light winds throughout the region. We’ll see overnight low temperatures around 50°

For Wednesday, look for temperatures pushing to the 80’s and lower 90’s. High pressure to the south will start to tap into a bit of moisture, leading to some thunderstorms for the afternoon. Winds will be out of the southwest around 10 to 15 mph.

For Thursday, there is a slight chance of showers before noon. Partly cloudy, with a high temperature near the mid 80’s. A few thunderstorms and showers are possible in the afternoon. Winds will drive in from the west around 10-15 mph. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.

The chance of rain and thunderstorms will continue for Friday. Gusty winds around 10-20 mph with a high temperature in the lower 80’s.

On Saturday, showers are likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 67. Gusty winds around 15-25 mph. For Saturday night, there is a chance of showers and thunderstorms before midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 42°.

For Sunday, there is a chance of showers, with thunderstorms. Cooler high temperatures reaching the upper 50’s and lower 60’s.
