Tracking temps to the 90s and working in a few storms before a wet and chilly weekend

A ridge of high pressure is controlling our weather over the next few days as we really begin to amplify the heat. We'll see a short wave push through the zone flow and trigger some winds and some storms by the time we get to Thursday. Low humidity and dry thunderstorms give us some heightened fire risk. By the time we get to the weekend, we'll see a major 15 to 20° drop in temperatures with some widespread rain/storms and more wind.

Friday partly sunny and a high of 83. We bring in more storm chances with rain in the morning on Saturday and then a thunderstorm possible in the afternoon at around 70% and a high of 67. Saturday night down to 38 Sunday of 40% chance of rain and storms and partly sunny and 61.
