A few storms for late Tuesday with a windy Wednesday

We're seeing a few showers and thunderstorms for Tuesday evening and late night. We'll clear out heading into Wednesday morning. Overnight low temperatures will reach the mid to lower 50's for the Snake River Plain. Winds will be out of the southwest around 10-15 mph. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph. The chance of precipitation overnight is 30%.

Mostly sunny and windy for Wednesday. Winds will be out of the southwest around 10 to 15 mph, increasing to 20 to 30 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph. Look for cooler temperatures for the afternoon, with highs in the mid 70's. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms for late Wednesday, especially for central Idaho. Overnight lows will drop to around 50° in the Snake River Plain. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.

A few isolated thunderstorms are possible for Thursday. Otherwise, mostly sunny with high temperatures reaching the mid 70's. Winds will be out of the south around 10 to 15 mph, increasing to 15 to 20 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.

Sunny for Friday with highs in the upper 70's.
