Scattered showers late Tuesday with drier and warmer weather for Wednesday

We have low pressure and scattered moisture working through the region late Tuesday. Overnight, look for scattered showers and thunderstorms before 3am, then isolated showers between 3am and 4am. Skies will be mostly cloudy, with a low temperature in the mid 40’s.

For Wednesday, it will be mostly sunny with high temperatures reaching the lower 70’s. There is a slight risk of thunderstorms over Yellowstone NP, otherwise drier weather is expected for eastern Idaho and western Wyoming.

For Wednesday night, look for overnight lows around the lower 40’s under mostly clear skies.

Sunny and warmer for Thursday with high temperatures reaching the upper 70’s and lower 80’s.

Sunny for Friday with high temperatures close to 80° for the Snake River Plain.
