Tracking sunshine ahead of weekend storms

It's a clear, cold beginning, right around 30, mostly sunny and a high of 47 today, and winds gusting up to 25 miles an hour. We have some patchy fog into Thursday, otherwise partly sunny, and we get to about 23 tonight and 51 tomorrow. By the time we get to Friday, we're waiting on the rain to show up Friday night, mainly after midnight. So it'll be a spooky Halloween around here with showers, possibly a thunderstorm in the afternoon, only in the 50s. And then by Sunday, more rain, 48, and then we'll see some maybe mountain snow. Overnight lows will be below freezing. We bounce back on Monday after the time change with a high of 46 and shorter days.
