Man charged with second-degree murder
UPDATE 1:30 p.m.: Bonneville County deputies have arrested 29-year-old Marshall Dee Hendricks on charges of second-degree murder in the death of 30-year-old Rory D. Neddo at a residence in the 4000 N. block of 5th W.
At a news conference, Tuesday, Captain Sam Hulse said the two men were in an argument in the driveway of the home. The argument resulted in Hendricks shooting Neddo before leaving the scene in a vehicle.
Deputies were called on a report of a shooting at 6:54 p.m. Monday.
Deputies tracked Hendricks to a residence in Rigby, where he was located by Jefferson County deputies and Idaho State Police. He was detained until Bonneville County deputies arrived.
Neddo was shot and killed with a .40 caliber handgun.
Deputies, with the assistance of the Bonneville County Coroner’s Office, are still working through processing evidence from the scene and sorting through information provided by witnesses to determine the exact nature of the argument and how it led to the death of Neddo.
An autopsy is also scheduled for later in the week.

Bonneville County deputies and Idaho Falls Fire responded to a call around 6:55 p.m. to a report of a gunshot wound.
It was on the 4000 N. block of 5th W.
Deputies and Fire personnel arrived and found a dead man with a gunshot wound.
Deputies have spoken to everyone involved and determined there is no threat to the community.
The incident under investigation and further details are expected to be released Tuesday afternoon around 1 p.m.
