Naturalization ceremonies at Yellowstone

42 people from around the world gathered at Arch Park in Yellowstone National Park Thursday morning for a naturalization ceremony, formally becoming American citizens.

According to the National Park Service, people from Australia, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China, Colombia, Cote d’Ivoire, Croatia, El Salvador, Estonia, Ethiopia, Finland, Germany, Guatemala, Haiti, Mexico, Moldova, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Serbia, and Ukraine took the oath of allegiance and became new U.S. citizens.

The new citizens were sworn in as citizens by Judge Mark Carman.
