Stabbing suspect in custody, faces attempted murder charge
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - UPDATE 7:50 p.m. David Pompa was taken into custody early Tuesday evening in Oregon.
UPDATE: David Pompa is now wanted for Attempted Homicide and Robbery. Idaho Falls Police secured felony warrants Tuesday afternoon. Bond was set at $200,000. He is still at large.
ORIGINAL: Idaho Falls Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with an aggravated assault in the 2100 block of Twin Pines Lane. Police say a woman was stabbed Monday night and was hospitalized. Her identity and condition were not released.
The suspect is identified as David Anthony Pompa, 20, of Idaho Falls.
Pompa left the scene in a stolen blue Chevy Silverado with Idaho license plate 8B GR 510.
