Preston Indians overcome 13-0 deficit to defeat Snake River 15-13

BLACKFOOT, Idaho (KIFI) – The Preston Indians defeated the Snake River Panthers 15-13 Friday night, after trailing 13-0 at one point in the first half. Snake River fell just short of their first win of the season, and instead fall to 0-7.

Snake River struck first when Zed Hancock took a long run up the sideline for the first touchdown of the game. The Panthers then capitalized when Til Dance intercepted Preston's Carter Perry. Snake River QB Kash Hendricks then scored late in the first half running one in for the score to make it 13-0 Panthers, but Preston came alive in the second half and took the 15-13 win.

Snake River will continue to search for their first win of the season when they take on American Falls next week. Preston will look to capitalize off of this when when they take on Bear Lake.
