Three-vehicle crash blocked I-15 near Roberts for over four hours

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - Three vehicles were involved in a crash on Interstate 15 Thursday evening.

Idaho State Police said the crash happened just after 7:30 p.m. near milepost 130, just south of Roberts.

Troopers say a semi-truck heading northbound rear-ended a pickup pulling a trailer. The trailer detached from the pickup and rolled. A third car hit the trailer.

Troopers say one of the drivers was taken to the hospital, but didn't say which one.

The highway was blocked for over 4 hours and 41 minutes.

The crash is still under investigation.
