Wanted man in custody
A man wanted by Chubbuck police is in custody in Twin Falls.
Levi Roberts, 30, was arrested on Thanksgiving, Chubbuck police said Monday.
Roberts had an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest for one count of aggravated assault and one count of attempted robbery.
Before his arrest, his last known address was on Halsey in Idaho Falls.
Police said Roberts had been wanted because of an incident Nov. 8 on Burnside Road. Officers said Roberts was in possession of a BB gun that appeared to be a real handgun and it was fired at another person, who was not hit.
