Idaho Falls man arrested in pocketknife attack
A report from Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center led to the arrest of an Idaho Falls man early Friday.
The hospital reported at 2:15 a.m. they were treating a 21-year-old man who had been stabbed twice with a pocketknife.Neither wound was life-threatening.
The victim said the injury happened in the 1100 block of Idaho during an argument with Jon R. Kesterson, 24.
Police said they found Kesterson vandalizing the victim’s vehicles in the 400 block of F Street.He was booked into the Bonneville County Jail on charges of aggravated battery and malicious injury to property.
