Wyoming unemployment increases two tenths percent

Wyoming unemployment rose by two tenths of a percent in June. The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services said the seasonally adjusted rate increased to 4 percent in June compared to 3.8 percent in May.

Most county unemployment rates increased slightly from May to June. The exception was Teton county, where summer tourist season hiring lower unemployment from 5.7 percent in May to 3.3 percent in June. As a result,Teton County had the lowest unemployment rate in Wyoming in June.
