Man jailed in machete incident
An Idaho Falls man was arrested Sunday after police said he threatened another man with a machete.
The victim, a 43-year-old man, told police Armando Ruiz-Cota, 49, followed him to a home on the 300 block of Moonlight around 11 p.m. and there threatened him with a 2-foot-long machete.
Ruiz-Cota was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault and booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
