I.F. Maverik store robbed at knife-point

Police are looking for two suspects who robbed the Maverik convenience store at 2625 W. Broadway at knife point at around 4:02 a.m. Tuesday.

Idaho Falls Police said the first suspect is believed to be a white male in his early 20’s and approximately 5′ 2″ to 5’4″ tall. He was wearing a light blue, zip-up hoodie with a black zipper, white shirt, jeans with holes in the knees, white sneakers, a black cap with a white logo and a blue bandana covering his face.

The second suspect was wearing a dark coat, jeans, and black shoes with his face covered. It is unknown whether the second suspect was male or female.

According to police, the store clerk said the first suspect entered the store, walked behind the counter,pulled a knife out of his pocket and demanded cash. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.

The second suspect never entered the store, but held the door open.

Both left on foot to the east and then south on Bellin Road.
