Jefferson County prosecutor to resign or face recall election

A petition calling for the recall of Jefferson County Prosecutor Robin Dunn has been certified.

County Clerk Christine Boulter found the required number of certified signatures had been submitted.

Under Idaho law, Dunn has five business days to resign.

If he does not resign, a special election will be ordered by the county clerk. Boulter said that election would be held on March 10, 2015.
