3 injured in crash near Stanley

A two-car collision near Stanley blocked the highway for nearly four hours Monday morning.

Idaho State Police said the accident happened on State Highway 75 near milepost 192, just after 9 a.m.

They said Blake Phillips, 30 of Washington D.C. was heading southbound when he crossed the center line. He collided with Craig Haslam, 66, of Preston.

Both cars rolled on the northwest side of the highway.

Two of Phillips’ passengers were taken to the hospital in Ketchum and a third passenger was taken to the Salmon River Clinic in Stanley.

No one was seriously injured in Haslam’s vehicle.

The crash is still under investigation they said.
