Bonneville County man arrested on multiple charges

Dillon R. Price,22, of Bonneville County faces a variety felony and misdemeanor charges after a traffic stop on Bonita Drive at around 3 p.m. Monday.

Idaho Falls Police said Price was sitting in the passenger seat of a green Chevrolet Lumina when an officer pulled the car over for driving with fictitious license plates.

Price was found in possession of methamphetamine, a syringe, and a stolen firearm. According to reports, Price fought with police while he was being detained and head-butted an officer in the chest.

Price was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of stolen property, and possession of a controlled substance. He was also booked on misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, assault on an officer, and resisting arrest.
